📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Manage a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Promote and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
• Represent the company at local events and meetings to build brand awareness and customer loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
