📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery products according to recipes and quality standards.,Maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.,Manage inventory levels of ingredients and finished goods to minimize waste and ensure smooth operations.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Assist in the development and testing of new recipes and products.,Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Ensure all products are visually appealing and meet customer expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a baker or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent attention to detail and quality control.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
