📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.,Coordinate and supervise the work of department staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor department performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Manage department budgets and resources, ensuring financial responsibility and accountability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company initiatives.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of business operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
