📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Coordinate inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and receiving.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
