📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Semarang, Tasikmalaya, and Banyuwangi operations.
• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in Indonesia.
• Manage the implementation and maintenance of SAP ERP and QuickBooks systems.
• Provide financial support to the management team, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and QuickBooks.
• Certification in CPA (Indonesia) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
