📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and increase room bookings through various channels including online travel agencies, direct bookings, and corporate clients.
• Handle reservations and ensure accurate guest information is recorded.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of promotional materials to attract new guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential guests.
• Monitor and report on sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Assist in the organization of events and special occasions to enhance the hotel's appeal.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using booking systems such as PMS (Property Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
• Familiarity with online travel agencies and booking platforms.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
