🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and teams.,Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management and reporting.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant management tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams effectively.
