📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked inventory.,Implement inventory control systems and procedures to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Train and mentor junior inventory staff to ensure efficient operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes is a plus.
