As a Learning Delivery Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and execution of training programs, including the development and delivery of training materials, the scheduling and facilitation of training sessions, and the evaluation of training effectiveness.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the coordination and execution of training programs, including the development and delivery of training materials
• Schedule and facilitate training sessions, ensuring they are conducted in a professional and engaging manner
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, collecting and analyzing feedback from participants
• Assist in the planning and organization of training events, including the booking of venues and the coordination of logistics
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to ensure the successful delivery of training programs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of Learning & Development
• Contribute to the development of the Learning & Development strategy for the company
• Assist in the development of training materials, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, and other relevant materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Basic understanding of Learning & Development principles and practices
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for learning and development and a desire to make a positive impact on the company and its employees
