📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance to management.,Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues or disruptions promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.,Proven track record of improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs.,Ability to drive and operate a vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
