📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the client.
Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, including data migration, testing, and user training.
Provide technical guidance and support to the client throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and industry best practices.
Mentor and train junior team members to ensure the continued success of the project.
Act as a liaison between the client and the development team to ensure that all requirements are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (or equivalent) is a plus.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
