📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring new baristas.,Uphold the store's standards of cleanliness and organization.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in shift rotations and special events as required.,Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with coffee equipment and maintenance.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) frequently.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
