📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance and productivity.,Manage the sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
