📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Work closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles.,Proven track record of success in managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
