Branch Officer - Retail Operations

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily branch activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee retail staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement restocking strategies.
• Drive sales performance through targeted promotions and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the regional manager and other departments to coordinate activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Analyze sales data and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or other industry-standard tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies and customer service best practices.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
