📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel, including navigation, cargo handling, and compliance with maritime regulations.,Plan and execute voyage schedules, including port calls, cargo operations, and crew management.,Maintain and monitor the vessel's technical condition, including engines, navigation equipment, and cargo handling systems.,Supervise and coordinate the activities of the deck and engine crew, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated.,Handle all administrative tasks related to the vessel's operations, including documentation, reporting, and compliance with maritime laws.,Ensure the safety and security of the vessel, crew, and cargo, and respond to any emergencies or incidents that may arise.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all aspects of the job, and act as a role model for the crew.,Participate in continuous training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in maritime operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MML) or equivalent, with a good safety record.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, and ensure high levels of safety and efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and stowage planning.,Experience with vessel management systems and software.,Ability to work long hours, including overnight shifts and weekends, as required.
