📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct precise measurements and inspections using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other metrology tools.
- Analyze and interpret measurement data to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Identify and document quality issues, defects, and deviations.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on the use of measurement equipment and quality control procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Metrology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, metrology, or a similar role.
- Certification in Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) operation and calibration (e.g., ASME B46.1, ISO 10360).
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Proficiency in using measurement software (e.g., Geomagic, PC-DMIS).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
