📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of real estate and property development projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor the management team to drive operational excellence and innovation.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
• Represent PKUA Group in industry forums and events to enhance our brand visibility.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our projects and attract new clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate and property development, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local and international real estate regulations and standards.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
