📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing basic medical treatments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccines and immunizations as per medical protocols.,Support the head nurse in the management of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are properly stocked and maintained.,Assist in the organization and coordination of patient appointments, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care.,Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, fostering a compassionate and caring environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and healthcare standards.,Assist in the implementation of infection control measures and adherence to healthcare protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or equivalent in Nursing.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Certification in basic life support (BLS) or equivalent.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
