📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's telemarketing database to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Develop and implement telemarketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our products and services.,Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure timely and effective responses.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and prospects.,Monitor and report on call performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
