PT Wibawa Visi is a growing company in Probolinggo, East Java, and we are looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of training programs to improve employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate training activities and events.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide training support to employees and managers.,Maintain training records and reports.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.,Support the Training Officer in the management of the training budget.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
