Town Seed Berjaya is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for helping users understand complex technical concepts. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Lebak, Banten, and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and implement technical writing best practices and standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing topics,Contribute to the improvement of our technical documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
