📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Maintain high-quality standards by conducting regular inspections and quality checks.,Ensure that production targets are met and that deadlines are adhered to.,Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or concerns that arise.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans.,Conduct performance reviews of the production team and provide feedback.,Manage inventory and ensure that materials are available when needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production-related role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
