📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Process loan applications using Core Banking System and Loan Origination System.
• Conduct credit checks and verify customer documentation.
• Provide financial advice to customers to help them make informed decisions.
• Monitor loan performance and provide regular updates to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank’s growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and offer the best advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail lending or financial advisory.
• Certification in Financial Planning (CFP) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Core Banking System and Loan Origination System.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
