📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and membership growth.
• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Organize and promote events, tournaments, and workshops to foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with local influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify our reach.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, newsletters, and digital ads.
• Build and maintain relationships with club members, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, community management, or event planning.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the sports or lifestyle industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
