📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Supervising and coordinating production staff to meet daily targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Managing inventory levels and procurement to support production needs.
  • Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing leadership and support to production team members.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
  • Understanding of quality control and improvement methodologies.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
