Sehati Nanda Digital is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and welcoming to customers.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Work with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that food and beverage quality is consistently high.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software applications.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.,Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to providing a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
