📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English is a plus.
