🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or service industry is a plus,Fluency in Indonesian language
