📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all company standards and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
