📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in our food processing facilities.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE and ISO.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members.
• Keep detailed records of system performance and maintenance activities.
• Work safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems, preferably in the food processing industry.
• Certification in Refrigeration (CFC, HFC, or other relevant certifications).
• Familiarity with refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and control systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASHRAE and ISO.
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or related field is a plus.
