📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and mitigate risks.
• Provide legal advice and support to business units on compliance-related matters, ensuring our operations remain compliant and efficient.
• Oversee the management and protection of sensitive data, implementing robust data protection measures and protocols.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies to stay abreast of changing regulations and ensure our compliance posture is up-to-date.
• Train and educate employees on compliance policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on compliance performance, providing regular updates to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all documentation and reporting related to compliance and data protection is accurate, complete, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in legal or compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations, particularly those related to data protection and privacy.
• Certification in data protection or privacy, such as Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) or Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, and managing data protection initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance risks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, is a plus.
