📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the company's logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.
Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and supply chain management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build professional relationships and enhance our brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations and improving supply chain efficiency.
Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
