As a Defence Experience & Curation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing defence-related exhibitions, digital content, and interactive experiences. Your mission is to ensure that the stories of Indonesia's defence heritage are preserved, accessible, and engaging for visitors from around the world. You'll work closely with historians, curators, and digital media specialists to create compelling narratives that educate and inspire.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of defence-related projects, from concept development to implementation and evaluation. You'll manage a team of curators, content creators, and technicians, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. With your strategic leadership, you'll help shape the future of defence heritage preservation in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage defence-related exhibitions, digital content, and interactive experiences.
• Oversee the preservation and conservation of defence heritage artifacts and documents.
• Collaborate with historians, curators, and digital media specialists to create compelling narratives.
• Manage a team of curators, content creators, and technicians, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
• Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of defence heritage projects, making data-driven decisions to improve future initiatives.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote and engage with visitors, expanding the reach of defence heritage content.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in heritage preservation and digital storytelling.
• Represent SAFRA National Service Association at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions, fostering partnerships and collaborations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in History, Museum Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curation, museum management, or a related field, with a focus on defence heritage or similar niche areas.
• Proven track record of successfully managing defence-related exhibitions, digital content, and interactive experiences.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using museum management software, such as Collections Management Software (CMS) or similar tools.
• Familiarity with digital storytelling platforms, such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar CMS.
• Knowledge of Indonesian defence history and heritage is a plus.
