📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks using high-quality beans and equipment.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment to create a variety of coffee beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in stocking and managing inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and techniques.
• Contribute to the overall ambiance of the coffee shop by creating an inviting atmosphere.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and break times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of coffee equipment and supplies.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
