📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage homestay operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest communication, and housekeeping.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent hospitality services and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Promote the homestay and attract guests through various marketing channels, including social media and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist in organizing and participating in local community events and activities to foster a sense of community.
• Provide feedback on guest experiences to help improve the homestay services and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in the hospitality industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a homestay or similar setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with homestay management software, such as Airbnb Host or similar platforms.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate guest needs.
